Competent Communicator
I feel that my father was a very competent communicatore, we he talked people stopped and listen. He would look you in your eyes and ask you questions. He was happy, concerned, fair, truthful and honest. I was the kind of people was always cared about what you thought about a subject. I think that is where I get my talkative ways from. He had good nonverbal and verbal skills. He cares about your feelings and opinions, he was a good of his home. I would like to learn more about those skills so that I can learn to use them in my everyday life. Sometime I do not communicate well with others. I look forward to learning how to listening and talk with others in a bery professional and personal matter.

That is so funny you said that because I feel the same way about my mother. She can change her communication style to fit any situation. Unlike myself, I need to work on non verbal communcation.
ReplyDeleteI am glad you mention that you do not communicate well with others. I too, feel the same way. I think I need to work on both verbal and nonverbal communcation skills. Sometimes I find it work to get the words out on how I feel.
ReplyDeleteYour father sounds really great. Having good communication skills is important. One thing that you said that really stands out to me is that he was also a good listener. That is an area in communication that I think a lot of people struggle in. We tend to believe that effective communication ends with what we have said and how we say it, but it is also important to listen to what others say.
